1. Who we are and what this policy covers

Auto Sell ("Auto Sell," "we," "us," or "our") provides AI-assisted product-content, marketplace publishing, and performance-analysis tools through https://auto-sell.site/. This Privacy Policy applies to our public website, authenticated dashboard, account services, marketplace connections, and the Auto Sell Pinterest integration.

For privacy questions and requests, contact us at isenkostepan7@gmail.com. The policy is public and does not require an Auto Sell account or sign-in.

2. Data we collect

Depending on the features you use, we may collect and process the following categories:

Account information: your name, email address, external login provider, provider user identifier, and basic profile information received when you sign in with Google or Yandex ID.
Content you provide: product photographs, generated images, text prompts, product names and descriptions, categories, attributes, prices, links, listing data, and files you upload or create.
Connected-service data: account identifiers, API keys or OAuth tokens, connection status, catalogs, listings, publication status, and performance data from services you explicitly connect. Pinterest API data is handled under the additional limits in Section 3 below.
Subscription and transaction data: plan, token balance, payment status, transaction reference, amount, and time. Payment providers process payment-instrument details; Auto Sell does not need to store full bank-card details.
Team data: business workspace member names, email addresses, roles, invitations, and actions performed in the workspace.
Technical and usage data: session identifiers, cookie data, browser and device information, requested pages, feature events, timestamps, error and security logs, and IP address where required for delivery, fraud prevention, or server security.
Support communications: messages, attachments, and contact details you send when asking us for help or exercising a privacy right.

We collect information directly from you, automatically when you use the service, and from a third-party service only after you choose to connect or authenticate with it.

3. Data received from and sent to Pinterest

Connecting Pinterest to Auto Sell is optional. When you choose to connect it, Pinterest shows the permissions requested by Auto Sell. We access only the data covered by permissions you grant and needed for the Pinterest features you use. Except for campaign analytics that Pinterest permits us to retain, Auto Sell does not persist information obtained from the Pinterest API; we call the API again when the information is needed.

Pinterest data we may process

Authorization data: OAuth access and refresh tokens, granted scopes, token expiration, and connection status. We never receive your Pinterest password.
Account data: Pinterest account ID, username, display name, profile image or profile URL, website URL, and account type when returned by the API.
Board data: board and board-section IDs, names, descriptions, privacy settings, ownership, and related metadata needed to let you select a publication destination.
Pin and media data: Pin IDs, titles, descriptions, links, alt text, media URLs or metadata, board associations, creation or update status, and Pins you ask Auto Sell to import, display, create, or update.
Analytics data: impressions, saves, clicks, engagement, audience or performance metrics, aggregation periods, and filters that Pinterest makes available under the approved scopes and that you ask Auto Sell to analyze.
Content sent to Pinterest: product images, titles, descriptions, destination links, alt text, and board selection that you instruct Auto Sell to publish or update.

How we use Pinterest data

We use Pinterest data only to authenticate your connection; show the connected account and available boards; create or update each Pin with your specific knowledge and direction; retrieve Pin status and content; display and analyze performance; troubleshoot the integration; and protect it from abuse. We do not combine one person's Pinterest account information with another person's account or with unrelated external datasets.

Auto Sell does not sell Pinterest data, disclose it to data brokers or advertising services, use it to target advertising outside Pinterest, or use Pinterest Materials to train, fine-tune, evaluate, or otherwise improve any AI or machine-learning model. Pinterest API data is not sent to the AI providers identified in Section 5.

Your control over Pinterest data

You can stop future access at any time by revoking Auto Sell in your Pinterest account settings, using the Disconnect action shown for an active Auto Sell connection, or contacting us. Revocation stops new API access. To request deletion of the Pinterest authorization token, connection record, and any permitted stored campaign analytics, email isenkostepan7@gmail.com from the email associated with your Auto Sell account and write “Pinterest data deletion” in the subject or message. We may ask for reasonable verification to protect your account.

4. How and why we use data

We use the categories above to provide requested features; authenticate users and maintain sessions; create and manage product content; connect, publish to, and analyze selected third-party channels; administer subscriptions and team workspaces; provide support; detect fraud, abuse, and security incidents; diagnose errors; understand service performance; comply with law; and communicate material service or policy changes.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of our agreement with you, your consent for optional connections, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, and compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent for a connected service at any time, without affecting processing already performed lawfully.

We do not use personal information or Pinterest API data to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects through solely automated processing.

6. Storage and security

Auto Sell stores account and service data on systems used to operate the service. We apply administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the data, including HTTPS in transit, access restrictions, server-side secret handling, signed and HttpOnly session cookies, monitoring, and backups. Marketplace credentials and OAuth tokens stored by the current service are encrypted at rest using authenticated encryption and are not returned to the browser after they are saved.

We limit access to people and providers who need it for service operation or support. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security. If we identify a breach requiring notice, we will notify affected users and authorities as required by applicable law.

7. Retention and deletion

Login sessions: normally expire after 14 days unless you sign out earlier or a different security setting is applied.
Account, generated content, listings, and workspace data: kept while the account is active and as needed to provide history and requested features, until you delete it or request deletion.
Connected-service credentials and Pinterest tokens: kept while the connection is active. We disable or delete them after disconnection or a verified deletion request, subject to short operational delays.
Pinterest account, board, and Pin data: processed transiently and requested from the Pinterest API when needed; it is not stored persistently by Auto Sell. Campaign analytics may be retained only where Pinterest permits it and only for the connected account's requested reporting.
Permitted Pinterest campaign analytics: following disconnection or a verified deletion request, we delete or de-identify retained analytics from active systems within 30 days.
Transactions, fraud-prevention records, and legal records: kept as long as reasonably required for accounting, dispute resolution, security, and legal obligations.
Backups and logs: residual copies may remain in protected backups or security logs for up to 90 additional days and are then overwritten or deleted unless longer retention is legally required.

We may retain de-identified or aggregated information that cannot reasonably identify you. When deletion is legally restricted, we limit the retained data to the required purpose and period.

8. Cookies and analytics

We use an essential session cookie to keep you signed in and protect authenticated requests. The service may use local browser storage to preserve drafts or user-interface settings. We also use Mixpanel, when enabled, to understand feature usage, reliability, and product performance. Analytics events may include an account identifier, email or name for an authenticated profile, provider type, feature actions, page context, device or browser information, and timestamps. Auto Sell's current analytics configuration disables deliberate IP tracking by Mixpanel, although network providers may process connection metadata to deliver their services.

You can clear cookies and local storage in your browser. Blocking essential storage may prevent sign-in, saved drafts, or other service features from working.

9. Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal information, and to withdraw consent. You may also disconnect a marketplace, revoke a third-party authorization, clear local data, or stop using the service.

Send requests to isenkostepan7@gmail.com from your account email and describe the account, connected service, and action requested. We will acknowledge a verified request within 10 business days and aim to complete it within 30 days, unless applicable law permits more time. We may request limited information to verify identity and authority. You may complain to your local data-protection authority where that right applies.

10. Children, international processing, and policy changes

Children. Auto Sell is a business-oriented service and is not directed to children under 13, or a higher minimum age where local law requires it. We do not knowingly collect children's personal information. Contact us if you believe a child provided it.

International processing. Our providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where required, we use appropriate contractual or legal safeguards for those transfers.

Changes. We may update this policy when our service, providers, or legal obligations change. We will post the revised version at this same URL, update the “Last updated” date, and provide additional notice for material changes when required.

идентификаторы подключённых кабинетов, API-ключи или OAuth-токены, статусы подключения и публикации, каталоги, карточки и показатели эффективности из сервисов, которые пользователь подключил сам;
тариф, баланс токенов, статус, сумму, время и идентификатор платежа; полные данные банковской карты обрабатывает платёжный провайдер, а не Auto Sell;
для команд — имена, email, роли, приглашения и действия участников;
идентификаторы сессий, cookie, сведения о браузере и устройстве, посещённые страницы, события функций, время запросов, журналы ошибок и безопасности, а также IP-адрес, когда это необходимо для работы, защиты или предотвращения злоупотреблений;
обращения в поддержку, вложения и контактные данные.

Данные Pinterest API

Подключение Pinterest является добровольным. После выбора подключения Pinterest показывает запрашиваемые разрешения. Auto Sell получает только данные в пределах выданных пользователем разрешений и только для выбранных функций. За исключением campaign analytics, которые Pinterest разрешает хранить, Auto Sell не сохраняет данные, полученные из Pinterest API: при необходимости сервис запрашивает их заново.

Авторизация: OAuth access- и refresh-токены, разрешённые scopes, срок токена и статус подключения. Пароль Pinterest мы не получаем.
Аккаунт: Pinterest ID, username, отображаемое имя, изображение или URL профиля, сайт и тип аккаунта, если эти поля возвращает API.

Аналитика: показы, сохранения, клики, вовлечённость, показатели аудитории или эффективности, периоды агрегации и фильтры — только когда они доступны по одобренным scopes и пользователь запросил анализ.
Отправка в Pinterest: изображения товаров, заголовки, описания, ссылки, alt-текст и выбранная доска, которые пользователь поручил опубликовать или обновить.

Мы используем эти данные, чтобы подтвердить подключение, показать аккаунт и доступные доски, создать или обновить каждый пин с ведома и по конкретной команде пользователя, получить контент и статус, показать аналитику, устранить ошибки и защитить интеграцию. Мы не объединяем сведения одного Pinterest-аккаунта со сведениями других пользователей или с несвязанными внешними наборами данных.

Мы не продаём данные Pinterest, не передаём их брокерам данных, рекламным или другим независимым сервисам, не используем их для рекламы вне Pinterest и не используем Pinterest Materials для обучения, дообучения, оценки или иного улучшения AI/ML-моделей. Данные Pinterest API не передаются AI-провайдерам, перечисленным ниже.

Цели и основания обработки

Данные нужны для авторизации и сессий, создания и хранения контента, работы с подключёнными площадками, аналитики, управления подпиской и командой, поддержки, диагностики, безопасности, предотвращения мошенничества, соблюдения закона и уведомлений о существенных изменениях. В применимых случаях основаниями являются исполнение договора с пользователем, согласие на добровольные интеграции, законные интересы по работе и защите сервиса и требования закона.

Кому мы передаём данные

По команде пользователя данные могут передаваться Pinterest, Ozon, Wildberries, Яндекс Маркету, Мегамаркету, Авито или другой подключённой площадке. Для входа используются Google и Яндекс. Для отдельных функций могут привлекаться инфраструктурные, защитные, аналитические, платёжные и AI-провайдеры, включая Mixpanel, YooMoney, OpenAI, Google Gemini или Kie.ai. Им передаются только данные, необходимые для выбранной функции. Их собственные политики применяются, когда они самостоятельно определяют обработку. По закону данные также могут быть раскрыты по действительному обязательному запросу либо для защиты пользователей и сервиса. Мы не продаём и не сдаём в аренду персональные данные или данные Pinterest API. Полученные из Pinterest API данные не передаются нашим AI-, аналитическим, рекламным или иным независимым сторонним сервисам; они проходят только через инфраструктуру, необходимую для запрошенного пользователем вызова Pinterest API и возврата результата этому пользователю.

Хранение и защита

Мы применяем HTTPS при передаче, разграничение доступа, серверную обработку секретов, подписанные HttpOnly-cookie сессии, мониторинг и резервное копирование. Сохранённые сервисом API-ключи и OAuth-токены шифруются на сервере с аутентифицированным шифрованием и после сохранения не возвращаются в браузер. Доступ получают только лица и поставщики, которым он необходим для работы или поддержки. Абсолютно безопасного способа хранения не существует; об инцидентах мы сообщаем в случаях и сроки, предусмотренные законом.

Сроки хранения и удаление

Обычная сессия входа истекает через 14 дней, если пользователь не вышел раньше.
Данные аккаунта, контент, карточки и история рабочего пространства хранятся, пока аккаунт активен и данные нужны для выбранных функций, либо до удаления.
Ключи и токены подключённых сервисов хранятся, пока действует подключение; после отключения или подтверждённого запроса они блокируются или удаляются с учётом короткой технической задержки.
Данные аккаунта Pinterest, досок и пинов обрабатываются временно, запрашиваются из Pinterest API по мере необходимости и не сохраняются Auto Sell постоянно.
Разрешённая Pinterest campaign analytics может храниться только для отчётности подключённого аккаунта; после отключения или подтверждённого запроса она удаляется или обезличивается в активных системах в течение 30 дней.
Платёжные, антифрод- и юридически значимые записи хранятся в течение разумного срока, необходимого для учёта, споров, безопасности и исполнения закона.
Остаточные копии могут находиться в защищённых резервных копиях или журналах безопасности до 90 дополнительных дней, после чего перезаписываются или удаляются, если закон не требует большего срока.

Cookie и аналитика

Необходимый cookie сессии поддерживает вход и защищает запросы. Локальное хранилище браузера может сохранять черновики и настройки интерфейса. Если Mixpanel включён, события могут содержать идентификатор аккаунта, email или имя авторизованного профиля, способ входа, действия с функциями, контекст страницы, сведения о браузере/устройстве и время. В текущей настройке Auto Sell намеренный сбор IP-адреса через Mixpanel отключён, хотя сетевые провайдеры могут обрабатывать технические данные соединения. Очистка cookie и локального хранилища может нарушить вход и сохранение черновиков.

Права пользователя и управление Pinterest

В зависимости от страны пользователь может запросить доступ, исправление, выгрузку, удаление или ограничение данных, возразить против обработки или отозвать согласие. Новый доступ Pinterest можно в любой момент остановить, отозвав Auto Sell в настройках Pinterest, нажав «Отключить» у активного подключения Auto Sell или связавшись с нами. Для удаления токена авторизации, записи о подключении и разрешённой к хранению campaign analytics можно направить запрос по email.

Для удаления аккаунта или данных Pinterest напишите с email вашего аккаунта на isenkostepan7@gmail.com и укажите аккаунт, подключённый сервис и нужное действие. Для защиты аккаунта мы можем запросить разумное подтверждение личности. Подтверждённый запрос будет принят в работу в течение 10 рабочих дней и, как правило, исполнен в течение 30 дней, если закон не разрешает больший срок.

Прочие положения

Auto Sell предназначен для бизнеса и не адресован детям младше 13 лет либо более высокого минимального возраста по местному закону. Поставщики могут обрабатывать данные в других странах с применением необходимых договорных или правовых мер защиты. При изменении сервиса или требований мы публикуем новую версию на этом же URL, меняем дату обновления и при необходимости отдельно уведомляем о существенных изменениях.
